We offer a range of workshops that will be specific to your creative field, as well as some workshops that go further than just helping you on your career path. These workshops are designed to help you further develop your individual skillset but are also designed to help you out in your everyday lives. This is what makes us unique over other companies, we want to make sure that the workshops you are doing will enhance your development not just for that dream job but for yourself too.
This workshop looks at you as an individual, this is set to prepare you for moving forward not just for your career but for your personal growth. We have taken the 3 core elements we all live by, Emotional, Financial and Fitness.
The 3 Pillars.
We go through these three core aspects and highlight areas that you may have just taken for granted and we discuss this with you to try and develop your understanding. By enrolling to this workshop you will be able to further develop your journey and get the best out of Initial Step.
There are 2 versions of this workshop, where you can have the 3 pillars for the one hour. Or have the 3 pillars split into 1 hour workshops that are much more focused on the different areas, Emotional, Financial and Fitness. If you have already done the one hour 3 pillars course and want to go on the extended version you can get a discount as you have done the short version.
This workshop will go through what you need to have on your CV fit for any creative industry. Gone are the days of the stuffy generic CV, lets help you stand out from the crowd and get noticed!
These workshops will be bespoke and tailor to your needs, with our range of contacts within industry we are able to offer you tailored workshops dependant on your needs.
You may have been working for a company all your life and now you feel like you are ready to go freelance. Within the creative sector many employees are self employed. In this workshop we offer you the guidance and advice to get you on that career path of working for yourself but still being able to do what you love on your terms.
