Mentoring
Part of Initial Step, we want to be able to offer you guidance and support to be able to give you the right tools to enable you to gain access into the right creative industry for you. We offer a few different solutions that will help you, from one to one bespoke mentoring sessions to a 12 week programme whereby we nurture you every step of the way with the ultimate goal of reaching that creative role you always wanted.
This can be a bespoke one to one mentoring session whereby it is a agreed with yourself on your specific needs, so this could be over a few sessions or just a one off.
The purpose of the one to one session is to have become a much more focused meeting regardless of where you are on your journey.
This will be a 12 week programme whereby we pretty much guide the candidate through the process from start to finish. This will cover a range of aspects, this will be very similar to what we already have done with our current candidates.
